A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Fernando moved to Dallas in 2002. He is a graduate of The University of Texas in Dallas graduating Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting and Finance. After receiving his diploma, Fernando worked as an analyst for JP Morgan and an accounting consultant for Sears Corporation. Upon leaving the corporate world in 2008, he began representing investors in the acquisition of real estate properties buying single family homes and multifamily properties and in 2011 helped built Wehner Multifamily, one of the major players in property management in Texas and Oklahoma.
