A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Fernando moved to Dallas in 2002. He is a graduate of The University of Texas in Dallas graduating “Cum Laude” with a BBA in Accounting and Finance.  

After receiving his diploma, Fernando worked in JP Morgan’s Worldwide Security division  and later worked for a boutique hedge fund in Uptown Dallas as an equity research analyst. 

Upon  leaving the finance industry in 2008, Fernando began representing investors in the acquisition of real estate properties, mainly small multi-family complexes and single family homes.     His ventures since 2008 have included closing numerous successful deals in Dallas where he realized sales of over $15 million dollars. 

Fernando specializes in the Intown areas including Oaklawn, Turtle Creek, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, M Streets, Knox/Henderson, Lakewood, Oak Cliff, Uptown and Downtown. He also services the areas of Plano, Richardson, Addison and North Dallas. Fernando offers his clients an insider’s perspective to what each of these communities offers.
